Energy conservation is the behavior that results in the use of less energy. SRIET has the following Energy conservation practices which conserves more energy.

1. Usage of LED lightings – The entire campus was fitted with LED lightings
2. Solar street lights – All street lights having solar panels which uses only solar power
3. Usage of detective sensors – Detective sensors are fitted inside the main block for detecting movement of people to form a vital component of automated lighting control.
